We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise and want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of some of our products, particularly our rugs, we are not able to offer refunds. Our rugs are vintage and therefore not perfect. If any imperfections exist, they are photographed and notated in the description. All photos are taken without artificial lighting and depict the truest color of the rug.
Our rugs are ethically sourced, meaning we know where they originated from and have built trusting relationships with our suppliers. We are confident that the artisan is getting paid a fair price for their work.
We then offer you the customer a fair price on our rugs because we can sell them quicker insuring the artisan has a stable reliable income.
If you are not happy with your rug purchase we are able to exchange it for you under these circumstances:
- You may exchange your rug for another rug only (of equal or greater value)
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your rug that you wish to exchange it
- You may only exchange your rug for another rug already in stock at time of purchase.
- You must notify us of your exchange choice within 48 hours
- You are responsible for return shipping charges and insurance of the rug
